Customer Reviews
Always reliable for FC gear
This was my third order from the Fanshop DE, and they are consistently good. I ordered a new Trainingshose this time, and just like my previous T-Shirts, the sizing was spot on and the material feels durable. Delivery took about a week, which is what I've come to expect. It's nice to know I can count on them for authentic merchandise. No surprises, just good quality stuff every time.
Decent order, could improve shipping
I purchased an Auswärtstrikot and a Schlüsselanhänger. The items themselves are genuine and good quality, as expected from an official store. The jersey fits well according to the size chart they provided. However, shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, about 8 days to reach Hamburg, which felt a little slow compared to other online stores I use. Everything was packed securely, though. The customer service response to a tracking query was quick and polite. Overall, a solid experience for club merchandise, but a slight improvement in delivery speed would make it even better.
Got a cool hoodie
So I decided to get a new Hoodie from the FC Fanshop, figured it'd be good for the cooler weather. It came in about five days, which was quicker than I thought, usually stuff takes longer to get to me in Berlin. The hoodie itself is comfy, feels like decent quality for the price I paid. I was looking for something casual to wear, and this fits the bill perfectly. Easy to navigate the site and find what I wanted, too. Pretty happy with it, might grab a Cap next time.
My new Heimtrikot arrived!
I just got my new Heimtrikot and it's perfect! The quality is amazing, super soft material. It arrived pretty fast too, only took 4 days to get to my place. I'm so happy with it! I'm definitely going to buy more stuff from here and tell all my friends to check it out.

Quick question about the member discount. I just became a member, do I need a special code or something to get the 10% off when I buy online? Or does it just apply automatically?
Hey guys, thinking of grabbing a new jersey for the upcoming season. How long does shipping usually take to say, Berlin? And is it worth getting the player customization, does that add a lot of time?
